A £380K fit-out inside a live warehouse: 148 sq m of new welfare and storage space delivered in 4 weeks around continuing operations.
After the successful completion of works at an office in Kensington, Craftex was commissioned to undertake design and reconstruction works at the client’s Banbury warehouse.
This busy warehouse required additional space to be created, allowing for new employee facilities and new storage areas.

Warehouse space is in high demand, and our client wanted to add capacity to their modern, busy warehouse without stopping operations.
In just four weeks we created a brand-new 148 sq m area that adds significant capacity and makes the best possible use of the available space.
Creation of additional facilities and storage
To give the busy warehouse team better facilities, we installed a new changing room with lockers for personal belongings, a bench and a custom-made sink.
Our team gave the space a premium feel with contemporary décor, including stylish pendant lamps hung from the high, open ceiling to create a sense of light and space.
As part of the works we also built a new storage room with double doors for easy access, pallet racking to maximise capacity, and metal safety barriers for protection and health and safety compliance.
Finally, we made good the existing warehouse floor, leaving a polished, modern finish consistent with the rest of the space.
